Through The Loops -- Host Blog with directions
My sister Mandy started me on this after she found it on Ravelry. Every Thursday the host is going to add another set of directions so that you don't know exactly what you are knitting until the next set of directions. Thought it might be fun and motivational to keep me on track!

I think I'm going to join along too--let's see if I can actually finish a pair of socks this time! ;) The one you started teaching me how to do ended up getting scrapped (and I'd been too chicken to give it another try, but now that I've made a mitten, I feel like I can tackle about anything--lol!). My only wish is that I was able to sit with you to knit...
I am on row 4 or 5 of the k2p2 ribbing on the mystery sock. I thought I had a set of 5 size 2 DPNs, but apparently I only had a set of 4 and was trying to use my circular for the 5th needle (talk about cumbersome!). I picked up another set of size 2 DPNs at Hobby Lobby yesterday and am looking forward to getting through the first 2 sets of instructions. I'll post a photo on my blog once I get through the first set of instructions. Miss you too! Thought of you when I was painting in the boys' room earlier.
